The Nigerian and Chadian forces, part of the Lake Chad Joint Task Force, have clashed with ISWAP terrorists from both Nigeria and Chad on the islands of the lake.

The militants who invaded the Metele and Dogon Chuku districts where they clashed with ISWAP fighters were repulsed and killed many of the terrorists while the rest escaped.

During the fighting, the military recovered large artillery pieces Dushka’s armored vehicles and armored vehicles, while the army said it would continue to carry out more such attacks wherever the camps were located.

The MNJTF in Zone 3 also raided terrorist hideouts on the Chadian side, occupying the TumbunFulani and South Arege areas, where a large number of weapons were recovered.

Terrorists are now spreading propaganda that they want to infiltrate their forces and influence even more than the coalition forces to keep their fighters cool and trying to persuade them to give up terrorism.

The commander-in-chief of the Lake Chad Coalition Forces, General AK Ibrahim, has further called on ISWAP members to abandon the propaganda of their leaders to come out to make supremacy in glory and wealth otherwise everyone caught on the battlefield will then praise the lion’s share.
